Tesamorelin Overview

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone–Releasing Hormone (GHRH) that stimulates natural human growth hormone (HGH) production. FDA-approved for fat-redistribution syndromes, it is widely used for reducing visceral fat, improving metabolism, preserving muscle, and supporting cognitive and nerve function.

It is not a steroid and does not affect testosterone levels.

Contraindications

Do not use Tesamorelin if you have:

• History of pituitary tumors or pituitary surgery

• Active cancer or suspected malignancy

• Allergy to mannitol

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding

• Known hypothalamic–pituitary axis damage

• Diagnosed pituitary disorders

Reconstitution and Dosing

Reconstitution:

• Mix Tesamorelin 10mg with 3mL (300 units) of Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water).
  
  

Cycle: 

• 12 weeks ON → 4 weeks OFF

Standard Dose:

• 30 units (1 mg) once daily, 5×/week
  
  

Maximum Dose:

• 60 units (2 mg) once daily, 5×/week
