Contraindications

Reconstitution and Dosing

Reconstitution:

• Mix PT-141 10mg with 2mL (200 units) of Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water).

• Administer subcutaneously

• Inject 45–60 minutes before sexual activity

Initial Test Dose (Tolerance Check)

• 10 units (500mcg)

• Not intended for sexual effect

• Use before your first real dose to ensure tolerance

Standard Dose

• 40 units (2mg)

• Inject 45–60 minutes before sex

• Do not exceed 1 dose in 24 hours

• Do not exceed 8 doses (16mg) per month

Maximum Dose

• 50 units (2.5mg)

• Only if standard dose is no longer effective

• Do not exceed 8 doses per month total

Important Notes

• Long-term overuse may desensitize melanocortin receptors

• If you need frequent enhancement, rotate with alternative peptides
