Semax Overview

Warning & Precautions

• Sleep disturbances or insomnia

Contraindications

Do not use if:

• You are hypersensitive to Semax or any formulation components

Cycle and Administration

• Cycle:
  6–8 weeks ON, followed by 6–8 weeks OFF

• Administration:
  Subcutaneous or Intranasal

• General Guidance:
  • Preferably taken in the morning
  • May be used with or without food

Reconstitution (Injection)

• Mix Semax 10mg with 3mL (300 units) of Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water).

Recommended Dosing

• Weeks 1-2: 10-15 units once daily, 5-7 days per week

• Weeks 3-4: 15 units once daily, 5-7 days per week

• Weeks 5-8: 30 units once daily, 5-7 days per week

Reconstitution (Intranasal)

• Add 3 mL (300 units) of saline water to a 10 mg vial.

• Transfer the remaining 2 mL of saline from the ampule into the sterilized nasal spray bottle.

• Add another 5 mL of sterile saline to the spray bottle. The bottle should now contain 7 mL of saline solution.

• Withdraw the 3 mL reconstituted Semax solution from the vial.

• Transfer the entire solution into the nasal spray bottle.

• Gently swirl or invert the bottle several times to ensure uniform mixing.

Approximate Dose Guide

Most standard nasal spray pumps deliver approximately 0.1 mL per spray (approximately 100mcg)

• 1 spray = 100mcg

• 2 spray = 200mcg

• 3 spray = 300mcg

• 4 spray = 400mcg
