SS-31 Overview

SS-31—also known as Elamipretide, Bendavia, or MTP-131—is a synthetic peptide designed to repair and protect mitochondria, the structures inside cells responsible for producing ATP (the body’s main energy source).

Contraindications

Do NOT use SS-31 if:

Reconstitution, Dosing and Protocols

Reconstitution:

Mix SS-31 10mg with 1mL (100 units) of Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water).

Cycle: 12 weeks ON → 4-8 weeks  OFF
 

Best dosed in the morning (A.M.) to support natural energy and mitochondrial function.

Standard Protocol:

• Inject 10 units (1 mg), 1-time/day, 7 days/week

Maximum Protocols:

• Week 1: 10 units (1 mg), 1-time/day, 5 days/week

• Week 2-5: 20 units (2 mg), 1-time/day, 5 days/week

• Week 6-8: 30 units (3 mg), 1-time/day, 3 days/week
