Cycle and Administration

• Cycle:
  4–6 weeks ON, followed by 2–4 weeks OFF

• Administration:
  Subcutaneous or Intranasal

Reconstitution (Injection)

• Mix Selank 10mg with 3mL (300 units) of Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water).

Dosing for Cognitive Enhancement:

• Inject 7.5 - 9 units (250 - 300 mcg), daily, preferably in the morning

Dosing for Anxiety:

• Recommended twice per day — morning and afternoon/evening

• Inject 7.5 -15 units (250 - 500 mcg)

Reconstitution (Intranasal)

• Add 3 mL (300 units) of saline water to a 10 mg vial.

• Transfer the remaining 2 mL of saline from the ampule into the sterilized nasal spray bottle.

• Add another 5 mL of sterile saline to the spray bottle. The bottle should now contain 7 mL of saline solution.

• Withdraw the 3 mL reconstituted Selank solution from the vial.

• Transfer the entire solution into the nasal spray bottle.

• Gently swirl or invert the bottle several times to ensure uniform mixing.

Approximate Dose Guide

Most standard nasal spray pumps deliver approximately 0.1 mL per spray (approximately 100mcg)

• 1 spray = 100mcg

• 2 spray = 200mcg

• 3 spray = 300mcg

• 4 spray = 400mcg
